油液污染度分析在工程船液压系统中的应用

Application of the Fluid Contamination Analysis to the Hydraulic System for Workships

论述对 1 2 5 0m3/h吸盘式挖泥船液压系统实施油液污染度监测和分析的必要性和可行性 ,介绍实施油污染分析试验的内容及方法 ;提出应用在用油污染度指标作为确定液压系统换油及进行维修决策的依据 ,指出污染控制是企业实现主动维修的重要途径。

In this paper,the necessity and feasibility of fluid contamination monitoring for hydraulic systems of 1 250 m 3/h suction plate dredge is discussed, the method and contents of experiment for fluid contamination analysis are introduced.It is suggested that the contamination level can be used as criteria of oil change and maintenance decisions.In the meantime,fluid contamination control can be established as an essential technique to implement proactive maintenance.
