摘要
在开采稠油油藏过程中,地层温度、压力等因素变化都会造成近井地带井眼堵塞,导致油井产能降低。室内研究表明,生物酶技术具有较好的催化、剥离、降黏、溶垢和洗油能力,并且对地层无伤害。现场应用结果表明,因油稠、堵塞而造成的渗流阻力增大,生产周期短,产量低等问题的稠油井,经生物酶技术处理后,油井液面上升,产量增加。
In the process of exploitation of heavy oil reservoirs, the changes of formation temperature, pressure, and so on might result in plugging holes near wellbore and thus a decrease in oil production. Laboratory studies showed that biological enzyme technology behaved well in catalysis, peeling, viscosity -reducing, scale - dissolving, and oil - washing and had no damage to the reservoir. The field applications results showed that after the heavy oil wells were treated by biological enzyme, the well level rose and the output of oil increased since the problems such as increased seepage resistance, short production cycles, low production resulting from heavy oil and plugging were solved.
