摘要 介绍了高级脂肪酸酯类化合物的用途,综述了制备高级脂肪酸脂类化合物的技术进展,介绍了酸催化合成法、碱催化合成法、超临界萃取法、生物酶催化法和共溶剂法。 The applications of high fatty acid ester compounds were introduced. Process of synthesizing high fatty acid ester compounds was summarized. The acid catalysis synthesis method, the base catalysis synthesis method, the supercritical extraction method,the biocatalysis method and solvent method were reviewed.
