目的对住院医疗费用存在问题进行分析,查找工作失误的环节,以确保病人住院费用准确。方法对2011年住院费用21,035份审核中发现的问题进行汇总、分类。结果发现费用存在问题共128份,占0.6%,其中漏计费用为75份,占58.6%。结论加强录入窗口人员责任心,规范医嘱,同时要不定期组织培训、考核。

Objective Analyze the problems of hospital medical expenses in 2011, to find errors in the work of the links, in order to ensure the accuracy of patient hospital costs. Methods Collecting and classifying problems in 21,035 copies of audit in 2011. Results The results showed that 128 cases have problems, accounting for 0. 6 %. 75 cases omit billing, accounting for 58.6 %. Conclusion We should strengthen the sense of responsibility of entry window personnel, standard medical advice and organize training and examine at the same time.
