This paper makes a study of renal transplant patients of reproductive age who were eager to birth. We focus on monitoring periuatal management of pregnancy prenatal routine inspection, renal function monitoring, immunosuppressant therapeutic drug monitoring, the choice of delivery mode and delivery time.
