摘要
采用硅胶柱色谱、葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20、制备液相色谱等方法对天麻素生物催化合成体系的转化产物分离纯化,得到两个组分,经质谱和核磁共振结构鉴定为天麻素和对羟基苯甲醇。在试验过程中,对获得的水相体系产物进行重结晶,光谱和半制备液相鉴定,获得一结晶组分,经初步定性鉴定该组分为尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖(UDPG);同时生物转化体系中还存在另1种糖苷类物质,其具体结构有待鉴定。
The purpose of this work was to isolate,purify and identify bio-transformation products of the biocatalytic system by Armillaria luteo-virens Sacc.Silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 and preparative liquid chromatography were employed to solate and purify the derivatives,then RP-HPLC,mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance were used for structural analysis.And the product of the aqueous system was obtained and analysed by recrystallization,spectroscopy and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography.The result showed that the purified biotransformation products were identified as gastrodin and p-2-hydroxybenzyl alcohol.A crystalline component of the aqueous system was identified as uridine diphosphate glucose(UDPG),and another glycosides substance was found which need further research.
