摘要
采用电铸法制得Ni-W合金,对合金样品在400~700℃进行退火处理,随后进行显微硬度测试和显微组织分析。研究结果表明:随着合金中W含量(质量分数)的增加,电铸合金从晶态过渡到非晶态;随着退火温度的升高,低W含量合金的硬度逐渐降低,晶体结构不变;高W含量合金(w(W)>35.00%)的硬度先升后降,其中w(W)=35.35%的合金是由于Ni4W相的析出;含w(W)=45.52%的合金则是由于非晶晶化及后续的Ni4W相的析出。
The Ni-W alloys were prepared by electroforming method.The alloys samples were annealed at 400~700 ℃,and the Vickers hardness and microstructure of annealed samples were investigated.The results show that the crystal of electroforming alloy is transformed into amorphous structure with the content of W increase.With increasing annealing temperature,the microhardness of the low W content alloy gradually decreases.The hardness of high W content alloys(w(W)>35.00%) increases first and decreases afterwards.For the alloy with w(W)=35.35%,Ni4W phase is precipitated.For w(W)=45.52% alloy,the crystallization of amorphous and precipitation of Ni4W phase are evident during annealing.
