摘要
应用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了某城际动车组铝合金车体结构的有限元模型,依据相应标准确定了载荷工况,计算车体在整备状态下和最大垂向载荷状态下的静强度和振动模态。研究结果表明:该铝合金车体静强度和刚度在各载荷工况下都能满足相关标准的要求。
Finite element model for the car body structure of aluminum-alloy intercity electric multiple units was established by using the finite element software Ansys.The load modes were determined according to the corresponding standards.The static strength and vibration forms of the car body in preparation and maximum vertical load condition were calculated.The results show that the static strength and rigidity of the aluminum alloy car body are consistent with the standard requirement under each working condition.
