结合铁路机车车辆的使用特点,运用可靠性统计原理,推导出适于机车车辆及其零部件现场数据特点的参数估计方法——两参数威布尔分布下随机截尾子样的参数估计。最后对DF_(4A)型机车柴油机曲轴的寿命数据进行可靠性统计分析,并得出符合实际的结论。

In this paper, the estimation method of parameters of the two- parameter weibull distribution for random censoring data is put forward, which is suited to the reliability analysis of the engineering data of locomotive and car. The method is proved successful through the statistical analysis of the crank lifetime data for DongFeng4A type locomotive.
