The effective real- time checking and diagnosing to equipment state of locomotive, and the real- time testing to running quality of locomotive, that provide credible foundation for state repairing of locomotive equipment. That also help driver to steer locomotive safely. This article introduces the structrue, design thinking and operation flows about this system.
