摘要
右旋糖酐酶是降解右旋糖酐的专一的酶,用右旋糖酐酶可将分子量较大的右旋糖酐20(重均分子量为16000~24|D00Da)降解为分子量较小的特微分子右旋糖酐(重均分子量则为3000~6000Da)。试验结果表明,以右旋糖酐20为原料,按底物浓度为30%(Ⅵ唧),反应时间为10min,酶用量为69U·g-1的生产工艺条件生产,得到的特微分子右旋糖酐产物的质量稳定,分布宽度指数小,分子量分布范围窄。
The dextran enzyme was a special enzyme for degradation of dextran. It could degrade dextran-20 (average Mw 16000-24000Da) to super micro-molecular dextran (average Mw 3000-6000Da).The results showed that when the substrate concentration was 30%(w/w), the reaction time was 10min and enzyme dosage was 69U/g, Dextran-20 was degraded to super micro- molecular dextran. The product had excellent performance, stable quality and narrow molecule weight distribution.
