摘要
企业内部知识转化是企业知识创新的关键。由于不同层次主体组织形式不同,其知识结构和情境特征也存在差异,使企业内部知识层次转化具有动态复杂性。本文通过对个体、团队和企业组织知识特征的分析,提出了企业内部知识转化存在同一层次内部共享和跨层次跃迁两个部分,且企业内部知识的前馈和反馈转化不受时空限制。从知识竞争过程分析,不同主体的知识转化均包括知识的消化吸收和转化规则生成两个过程。
The enterprise internal knowledge transformation is the key of enterprise knowledge innovation. Due to different subject organization forms at various levels, knowledge structures and situational characteristics vary, providing the enterprise knowl- edge hierarchy transformation with a dynamic complexity. This article, by analyzing individuals, teams and organizational knowledge characteristics, believes that the transformation of enterprise knowledge consists of the same level intra-share and the cross level transition, and the feedforward and feedback conversions of enterprise knowledge are not restricted by time and space. According to the analysis on the knowledge competition process, the knowledge transformations of different subjects include the processes of the knowledge digestion and absorption and the transformation rule generation.
