基于非正式制度的绿色产业集群融资问题研究

正式制度是人们有意识建立起来的并以正式方式加以确定的各种制度安排,而非正式制度是指人们在长期社会交往过程中逐步形成,并得到社会认可的约定成俗、共同恪守的行为准则。产业集群发展的实践表明,嵌入于社会结构的非正式制度起到了至关重要的作用。在社会资本的分配方式上,尽管正规金融占据主体和主导的地位,但是,鉴于目前我国绿色产业集群发展在资金筹集上的特殊性,本文深入分析了非正式制度在集群发展中的正面效应,并提出了引导非正规金融支持绿色产业集群快速发展的途径。

Formal institution is the arrangement that people set up consciously and determine in a tormal way. Informal msututmn ~s the code of conduct formed gradually and abode by in the long-term social interactions. The development of industrial clusters indicates that informal institution embedded in social structure plays the leading role. In distribution ways of the social capital, formal finance occupies the dominant and leading position. However, because of the particularity on cluster financing of green industries, this paper analyzes the positive effects of informal institution on cluster development and points out the ways of guiding the informal finance to support the growth of green industrial clusters.
