摘要
旅游业的竞争在空间上日益表现为旅游目的地整体吸引力的竞争。因此,对纳入协同旅游开发视野的新农村景观建设,不能一味标准化地按规范来进行,而应有其独特性的一面。本文以庐山山南温泉度假区内外乡村地带的景观建设为例证,结合对主要利益方的调研分析,针对自身资源、区域环境背景及旅游发展趋势,指出应从发展理念、战略目标、总体形象、功能与空间依托、具体措施五个层面对二者加以协同,并强调与新农村改造有机结合,创造、引导游客需求,这将有利于我国新农村建设"优化三大效益"根本目标的。
Tourism competitiveness increasingly depends on the overall attractiveness of destinations in space, so we can' t construct new rural landscapes by full standardization from the vision of collaborative tourism development. Taking the landscape construction inside and outside the rural areas at the south hot spring resort of Mt. Lushan for example, combining with analyses of the main parties, the paper points out the five levels of coordination, including development concept, overall image, strategic goals, function and corresponding space, and specific measures, and lays stress on organic integration with the new rural reconstruction, and creation and guidance of the tourist demands, which favors the fundamental goal of the new rural construction of our country.
