加速中部地区城市群经济圈整合的研究

随着城市经济的快速发展,世界各国纷纷借助城市经济实现区域的快速协调发展。中国也不例外,东部地区的长三角、珠三角、京津冀三大城市群经济圈的实践,已表明城市群经济圈的发展是区域经济快速增长的关键。为此,根据中部地区经济发展态势,应采取打破体制障碍、加强立法保障、深化产业分工、强化地区协作、拓展对外合作、完善城市体系、培育副级城市等措施来整合"汉昌沙"城市群经济圈,以促进中部地区经济统筹协调持续快速发展。

With the rapid development of urban economy, the countries all over the world try to realize the regional rapid and coordinated development by means of urban economy. China is no exception. The practices of the economic circles of the Yangtze River delta, the Pearl River delta, and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city group, have shown that the economic development in the regional city groups is the key to accelerate the regional economic growth. Therefore, according to the situations of the economic development in central regions, we should take the measures of breaking system obstacles, strengthening the legislation safeguard and regional cooperation, deepening industrial divisions, expanding international cooperation, perfecting the urban system, and cultivating subprovincial cities to integrate a economic circle of ＂Wuhan, Nanehang and Changsha＂ city group in order to promote the sustainable and rapid development of economic coordination of the central regions in China.
