摘要
近年来,苏联对 PECC 的态度发生了明显的变化:由过去的批判、反对,改变为肯定和要求加入。变化的原因是为了推行加速社会经济发展的战略以及战略和安全的考虑。苏对 PECC 态度的变化又反映了苏联外交的某些调整。
In recent years,the Soviets,no longer criticizing and opposing the PECC,are beginning to take a positive view of the organization and seeking for its membership.Thisevident shift in attitude serves the needs of implementing their strategy of acce-lerating social-economic development in the Soviet Union and is out of securityand other strategic considerations.It also reflects,in some measure,Soviet for-eign policy readjustments.
