摘要
教学技能是教师教学能力的重要组成部分.注重对师范生教学技能的训练和培养,提高其教学技能和教学水平是高师院校的重要任务之一.为了有效提高数学师范生教学技能,要做好相关课程的教学改革,加强实习,鼓励课外实践举办形式多样的师范生教学技能比赛活动,发挥微格教学的作用,增强学生主动提高教学技能的意识.
Teaching skills is an important part of the teachers' ability. It is one of the important tasks of the Normal University and the Teachers' College to focus on training and developing the teaching skills of pre-service teachers. Therefore, we have used the questionnaire survey procedure, the discussion law and the statistical method and have conducted the investigation and study to status of approach to improving teaching skills of pre-service mathematics teachers. We should reform teaching of the courses, strengthen the practical training, encourage extra-curricular practice, organize various competitions of teaching skills, play a role of micro-teaching, and enhance students' awareness of improving the teaching skills.
