Investigation of the Levels of Middle School Students’ Basic Mathematical Skills

研究表明，当前中学生的数学运算技能、合情推理技能、作图技能水平有所下降，识图技能水平基本持衡，演绎推理技能水平有所提升．中学生数学基本技能水平受学校类型、速度、年级因素影响显著，而不受性别因素影响．中学亟需加强与改进运算技能、合情推理技能、作图技能的教学．

Middle school students＇ mathematical operation skills, their plausible reasoning skills and drawing skills are declining. Their recognizing chats skills remain unchanged. And their deductive reasoning skills have been improved. The levels of Middle School students＇ basic mathematical skills are deeply influenced by such factors as the type of schools, teaching speed and grades, but are slightly touched by the gender factor. It is urgently needed for the Middle Schools to improve their teachings of operation skill, reasoning skill and drawing skill.
