摘要
笔者主张对煤矿企业兼并重组效果利用多元数据分析投影寻踪法建立评价模型予以评价,并对模型设计方案进行了详细介绍,以期对煤矿企业的兼并重组提供参考。
The author argues that mergers and acquisitions on the effects of coal mining enterprises multivariate data analysis using projection pursuit methods to be evaluated to establish the evaluation model and the model design described in detail to the merger and reorganization of the coal mining enterprises to provide information.
