摘要
文章认真分析了基于电荷转移法的测量原理和微弱电导测量技术中的双极性脉冲电流激励原理,它能够显著提高过程工业中微弱电容/电导检测技术的稳定性。所以,微弱电容/电导检测技术在过程工业中的应用非常重要。
This article analyzes earnestly has explored based on the electric charge shift method survey principle and in the weak electric conductance survey technology bipolarity pulse electric current drive principle, it could obviously enhance in the process industry the weak electric capacity/electric conductance examination technology stability.Therefore, the weak electric capacity/electric conductance examination technology is extremely important in the process industry application.
