摘要
针对在高瓦斯煤层回采过程中,煤与瓦斯突出综合检测指标经常超限、瓦斯抽采率低等问题,提出了在风巷施工高位钻孔的瓦斯抽采技术,阐述了瓦斯抽采技术的工艺流程和钻孔的布置参数。研究表明:在高瓦斯煤层回采过程中采用高位钻孔的抽采措施,可有效地解决瓦斯抽采率低的问题,降低了回风流中的瓦斯体积分数,提高了瓦斯抽采量和抽采率,减少了向工作面的瓦斯涌出量,保证了工作面的安全回采。
During coal mining in high gas coal seam, the composite index of coal and gas outburst often went beyond and the with high level boreholes in return gas drainage rate was very low, the gas drainage airway was put forward. At the same time, gas drainage technology and layout parameters of boreholes were expounded. The results show that the technical measures with high level boreholes in return airway technology process of experimental during coal mining in high gas coal seam, can effectively solve the problem of low gas drainage rate, gas concentration in back air flow is reduced, the amount of gas drainage and drainage rate are increased, reducing the gas emission to the face, ensuring the safety of face mining.
