摘要 随着我国经济的快速发展,为了解决长期以来的安全欠账,其中推广矿井瓦斯数字化远程监控系统,依靠科技进步治理煤矿瓦斯灾害可以大幅度地减少瓦斯爆炸事故发生的几率。不过现有的矿井监控系统,基本上采用的是传统的模拟回路监控,现场参数由人工观测,已经不适应生产的发展。文章根据需求分析,采用面向对象的思想,对系统网络和程序进行了设计,并讨论了矿井安全中计算机监控的理论模型及算法。给出了本系统控制程序PL编制实现现场设备控制的程序和监控软件WinCC在上位机组态的实现过程。该系统程序经测试和试运行证明可靠。 With China's rapid economic development, in order to solve the long-term safety of outstanding loans, including the promotion of digital remote monitoring system of mine gas, relying on scientific and technological progress treatment of coal mine gas disaster can significantly reduce the risk of gas explosion occorred. However, in the mine monitoring system, basically using the traditional analog circuit monitoring field parameters by manual observation, not suited to the development of production. Based on needs analysis, object-oriented thinking, network and program design, and discusses the theoretical models and algorithms for computer monitoring mine safety. The system control program PL preparation of field equipment control procedures and monitoring software WinCC PC configuration process. The system program has been tested and test run proved to be reliable.
