摘要
煤炭企业历来以生产任务为导向,在此基础上形成了重人才使用、轻人才培养的传统模式。这就意味着,企业人才在岗位技能上能够做到"一专",却难以满足"多能"的要求。从煤炭企业人才现状中,可知人才建设面临的问题:缺乏跨界人才培养机制、缺少学习型人才培养机制、企业人才建设目标模糊、企业人才建设手段单一,这就为对策的构建提供思路。
