摘要
根据煤矿物联网路的需要,文章完成基于JN5148芯片的系统方案设计、节点硬件平台、节点软件及上位机软件设计。系统中的硬件节点具有瓦斯浓度监测、温湿度测量、电池电压监测以及报警功能,并集成RS485通信接口,使平台可以和有线通信网络很好地衔接。节点采用低功耗芯片和电路设计,并创新性地使EndDevice和Router在实时时钟芯片的控制下实现同步休眠和唤醒,突破了传统Router不能休眠的限制,大幅提高电池供电的Router的工作时间,从而进一步扩大网络应用的范围、提高网络的灵活性。
According to the need of internet of mine Things, this paper is completed in JN5148 chip's system design, hardware node platform design and software development. The hardware node platform provided with gas concentration monitoring function, temperature and humidity measurement function, battery voltage monitoring function and alarm function, in addition, integrate RS485 communication interface, it's made a good link with wired communication network. The hardware node adopts of low power chip and circuit design, uses EndDevice and Router at real time clock (RTC) to control of synchronous dormancy and wake-up, and break the limitation that traditional Routers cannot sleep. It's improving the battery power supply by a wide margin, thus, to enlarge the scope of net application and improve the adaptability of the network.
