摘要 针对目前国产新研电子元器件在航空型号中研多用少的问题,从立项需求、设计、工艺、检测覆盖率、参数体系、研制进度等方面深入分析了国产新研电子元器件在航空型号中应用的制约因素,研究了航空国产新研电子元器件的应用瓶颈,进而提出航空国产新研电子元器件的应用验证及国产化替代思路,这对促进国产新研电子元器件的自主可控,逐步完善航空型号用国产新研电子元器件应用体系具有指导作用。 For the problem that new manufactured domestic electronic components are developed more but used less in aviation engineering,the confinement factors of application of domestic new manufactured electronic components in aviation engineering were analyzed from project demand,design,process,inspection percentage of coverage,parameter system,procurement and other aspects.The application bottlenecks of domestic new manufactured electronic components were researched.The application validation of aviation domestic new manufactured electronic components and substitution tactics of imported electronic components by them were put forward.The research results can guide to promote the domestic new manufactured electronic components controllable application and perfect the application system of domestic new manufactured electronic components for aviation engineering gradually.
