摘要
本文在完成10 m长袋除尘器设计的基础上,对喷吹过程中的袋内压力状况进行了测试,而作为清灰薄弱环节的袋底是否具有良好的清灰效果是本次研究的重点,通过对清灰过后除尘器阻力进行测试发现,10 m长袋除尘器清灰效果良好,可以在低阻状态下运行。
Based on the design of bag filter with 10 m bags,the pressure in the bag under the injection process was tested.But the bottom of the bag is the weak link of dust cleaning,it can get good cleaning efficiency or not is the focus of this research.After measuring the resistance of the bag filter,we got the conclusion that the bag filter with 10 m bags has the advantage of higher deashing ability and it can work in low resistance.
