干燥、昼夜大温差气候下混凝土保温保湿养护效果试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 基于干燥、大温差气候环境条件,提出了一种综合利用橡塑板、塑料薄膜和吸水土工布的新型保温保湿养护方式,通过室内模拟和现场验证试验来研究其养护效果。结果表明:与传统保湿养护相比,新型保温保湿养护方式能有效地降低混凝土内外温度受环境温度变化的影响,具有良好的养护效果;且能大幅度地提高干燥、昼夜大温差气候下混凝土的强度和抗氯离子渗透性;此外,新型保温保湿养护方式具有成本低、可重复利用等特点,极具工程应用前景。 Based on the arid and large diurnal temperature variation climate,a new synthetical curing method with permeable geotextile,plastic film and polystyrene foam board is proposed.Whose curing effect is investigated by experiment in situ and model test.The results show that,the new curing method can effectively decrease the effect of ambient temperature variation and have good thermal insulation effect.Moreover,it can enhance compressive strength and resistance to chloride ion permeability dramatically in an arid and large diurnal temperature variation climate compared with traditional curing method.What's more,the new synthetical curing method is easily constructed and its cost is also low.Therefore,it has extensive application prosperity.
