聚羧酸减水剂及聚丙烯纤维对陶瓷模具石膏性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 陶瓷模具石膏是一种既需要有相当强度,又需要有较大吸水率的石膏基材料。掺入聚羧酸减水剂,对模具石膏进行改性,增大了模具石膏的强度;同时掺入聚丙烯纤维提高模具石膏吸水率;通过SEM观察到减水剂的掺入,使石膏晶体发育完整,搭接紧密。所制得的模具石膏2 h湿抗折强度为3.6 MPa,绝干抗折强度为6.5 MPa,吸水率为33.0%,满足陶瓷模具石膏一级品的要求。 Mold gypsum is a kind of gypsum-based material which needs both considerable strength and larger water absorption.Polycarboxylate superplasticizer can increase the strength of the mold gypsum by changing its performance.At the same time,introduction of polypropylene fiber can improve the water absorption of mold gypsum.According to SEM,we can find polycarboxylate superplasticizer makes gypsum crystals develop completely and lap tightly.The mold gypsum's 2 h wet bending strength is 3.6 MPa,dry bending strength is 6.5 MPa,water absorption is 33.0%.It meet the requirements of first-class mold gypsum.
