摘要
以凹土(AG)和聚合氯化铁(PFC)为原料,制备了复合材料凹土/聚合氯化铁复合物(APF),探讨AG与PFC复合比、APF投加量、反应温度、反应时间和溶液pH值等因素对APF处理低浓度(1.0~1.3 mg/L)含磷废水的影响。结果表明,在相同的反应条件下,APF对磷的去除效果比单用PFC和AG的去除效果均要好;AG与PFC的复配质量比为7、200 mL KH2PO4溶液中APF投放量为0.4 g、反应温度为25℃、反应时间为40 min左右、溶液pH值为7~8.5时TP去除率可达92%以上,处理后的出水可达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)П类排放标准(<0.1 mg/L)。
Composite materials attapulgite/polyferric chloride(APF) was prepared using attapulgite(AG) and polyferric chloride(PFC) as raw materials,and the obtained composite material was applied for treatment of low concentrated phosphate(1.0-1.3 mg/L)containing wastewater.The effect of AG/PFC ratio,APF dosage,pH,reacting time and reacting temperture on treatment efficiency was investigated.Results showed that APF presented better performance than AG and PFC for TP removal,the best AG/PFC ratio for APF composition was 7.The optimum treatment conditions were obtainedas follow:APF dosage was 0.4 g in 200 mL KH2PO4 solution,pH ranged 7-8.5,reacted temperture for 25 ℃,and reacted time for 40 min.Under these conditions,the TP removal rate could reach above 92%,the effluent TP was lower than 0.1 mg/L,which could meet the second degree of surface water requirement standard(GB 3838-2002).
