目前,我国正处于城市化快速发展的阶段,城市化在带来经济增长的同时,也对我们有限的农业资源产生了巨大的影响。城区扩建以及非农建筑用地的增加、城市人口的膨胀以及工业产业的发展挤占了大量的农业耕地,消耗量了大量的淡水资源,与此同时,城市的发展吸引了大量农村劳动力向城市转移。
