科教融合与大学现代化——西方大学科研体制化的同质性和差异性

Integration of Research and Teaching and the Modernization of University:the homogeneity and diversity of Research System of Western University

科教融合既是西方科学体制化的高级阶段和当代形态,也是西方建立现代大学制度的共同选择。西方大学现代化不是一个统一连贯的发展模式,而是同质异形的现代化。同质异形的现代化具有重要的政策含义:第一,同质化是高等教育现代化中一股不可阻挡的趋势;第二,传统文化在高等教育现代化过程中发挥重要作用;第三,地方性的制度创新具有全球性意义。

Integration of research and teaching is not only the advanced stage and the contemporary form, but also the common choice of western modern university system. Modernization of western university is not a unified and coherent development pattern, but the allomorph modernization. Allomorph modernization has the important policy implications： first, homogenization is an unstoppable trend of the modernization of higher education; second, traditional culture plays an important role in the process of the modernization of higher education; third, the regional innovation of institution has the global meaning.
