摘要
选择论文、课题、专利、奖励四个考察视角,对全国87所民办本科院校现时科研状况进行定量分析发现,民办本科院校的整体科研水平还处于很低阶段,高端成果严重缺乏,校际之间的发展很不平衡,个别学校已有良好起步。以后需要尽快提高科研工作的组织和管理水平,高度重视高端师资人才的引进和培养,争取局部范围内先有突破,然后带动全局发展。
By quantitatively studying the current status of scientific research papers, project research, patents and rewards in some 87 private colleges in China, this study has found that the overall quality of scientific research is quite low in these colleges, and there is a serious lack of high-end achievements. Meanwhile, there is an uneven development among these colleges, while some are starting to have a good change. These colleges should strive to improve in the management of scientific research and pay more attention to the attracting and cultivating of high-end, talented teachers, so as to self-develop and in turn promote the overall development of scientific research in private colleges.
