高职院校商贸类专业涉农技术技能型人才培养研究——基于浙江省87家涉农企业调研数据分析

The Research of Agricultural High-skilled Talents of Trade and Business Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges——The analysis based on the survey data of 87 agriculture-related enterprises in Zhejiang Province

高职院校商贸类专业面向涉农企业培养高技能人才是高校服务"三农"的重要体现。通过对浙江省87家涉农企业进行问卷调查,并选择有代表性的企业实地走访、座谈,深入了解涉农企业对高职院校商贸类专业人才的需求特点,为高职院校商贸类专业涉农高技能人才培养模式的改革提供借鉴。

The high-skilled talent training for agriculture-related enterprises of business majors had played an important part in the serving of agriculture, ruralareas and peasantry by higher vocational colleges. According to the surveys of 87 agriculture-related enterprises as well as interviews and conferences in typical agricultural enterprises in Zhejiang Province, this article presents the specific talent demand in these enterprises and provides a reference for the reformation of agricultural high-skilled talent training model to the majors of trade and business in vocational colleges.
