关节镜清理术加活络效灵丹治疗气滞血瘀型膝骨关节炎

Arthroscopic Debridement Combined with Huoluoxiaoling Dan Treatment of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type of Knee Osteoarthriti

目的:观察关节镜清理术配合活络效灵丹治疗气滞血瘀型膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将54例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组。对照组采用关节镜手术治疗,治疗组在用关节镜手术的基础上采用活络效灵丹治疗,治疗6个疗程后进行疗效比较。结果:治疗组总有效率88.9%,对照组为66.7%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。通过观察患者治疗前后总体疗效,膝骨关节疼痛、僵硬、功能活动情况,治疗组效果明显高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:在关节镜清理术治疗的基础上采用活络效灵丹是治疗气滞血瘀型膝关节骨性关节炎的有效方法。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of arthroscopic debridement combined with Huoluoxiaoling Dan treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis.Methods：54 cases of knee joint osteoarthritis patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with arthroscopic operation therapy,treatment group on the basis of arthroscopic operation was given Huoluoxiaoling Dan treatment,after 6 courses of treatment,the effectiveness was compared.Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 88.9%,in control group was 66.7%,there were significant differences（P0.05）.Through the observation of patients before and after treatment of overall efficacy,knee joint pain,stiffness,functional activities,treatment group was obviously superior to the control group,the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The arthroscopic debridement combined with Huoluoxiaoling Dan is an effective treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis.
