针四关和隔姜灸面部阳明经穴治疗周围性面瘫疗效观察

Observation of Peripheral Facial Paralysis Cases Treated with Acupuncture in Siguan Points and Ginger Moxibustion in Yangming Meridian Points

目的:观察针刺四关穴、隔姜灸面部阳明经穴治疗周围性面瘫临床疗效。方法:将61例患者随机分为对照组30例与治疗组31例。治疗组采用针刺四关穴(双合谷、双太溪)配地仓、颊车、阳白透鱼腰、丝竹空透太阳、攒竹、风池、下关、承浆;针刺结束后隔姜灸患侧地仓、颊车、四白、下关、足三里;对照组采用强的松20 mg口服,每天1次,连用15 d,之后每5 d递减5 mg,配合口服复合维生素B片,每日2次,每次1片。两组均10 d 1疗程,3疗程后观察治疗效果。结果:治疗组治愈25例,愈显率100%;对照组治愈8例,愈显率66.7%;两组比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺四关穴、隔姜灸面部阳明经穴治疗周围性面瘫疗效肯定。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of peripheral facial paralysis treatment by acupuncture in Siguan point and ginger moxibustion in Yangming Meridian points.Methods：61 patients were randomly divided into a control group of 30 patients and the treatment group of 31 patients.The treatment group received acupuncture in Siguan points（bilateral Hegu,bilateral Taixi）with Dicang,Xiache,Yangbaitouyuyao,Sizhutkongtoutaiyang,Chuanzu,Fengchi,Xiaguan,Chengjiang,which followed by ginger moxibustion in Dicang,Xiache,Sibai,Xiaguan,Zhusanli;control group used prednisone 20 mg orally once a day for 15 days,then descended 5 mg every five days with oral compound vitamin B tablets,twice a day,one tablet for every time.In both groups,10 days was a course of treatment,the treatment effect was observed after three courses.Results：In the treatment group 25 cases were cured,making effective rate of 100%.In control group,8 patients were cured,making effective rate of 66.7%.Treatment group is significantly better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture in Siguan point and ginger moxibustion in Yangming Meridian have great effect in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.
