针刺联合中药治疗中风偏瘫临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Stroke Hemiplegia by Acupuncture Combined with Chinese Medicine

目的:探讨针刺联合中药治疗中风偏瘫的治疗效果,并比较其相对单一疗法的疗效优势。方法:将临床资料具有可比性的中风偏瘫患者随机分为3组。中药对照组采用中药临床辨证治疗,针刺对照组参照醒脑开窍针法行针刺治疗,联合治疗组应用针刺联合中药治疗,以4个疗程为治疗观察期,参照制定的疗效评定标准,观察并比较3组的治疗效果。结果:中药对照组总有效率为70.8%;针灸对照组总有效率为84.6%;联合治疗组总有效率达95.7%。结论:针刺配合中药联合治疗对中风偏瘫的恢复有明显的治疗优势。

Objective：To study the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of hemiplegia due to apoplexy.And to compare their relative efficacy of monotherapies advantage.Method：Comparable clinical data of stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly assigned to 3 groups.The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated by the traditional Chinese medicine.Acupuncture group was treated by using acupuncture treatment called awaking brain to understand.Combination therapy group was treated by acupuncture combining traditional Chinese medicine.They were clinically observed for 4 courses of treatment.Referring to the standard of curative effect evaluation,it observed and compared the curative effect of three groups.Results：The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine group was 70.8%.Acupuncture group effective rate was 84.6%.Combination therapy group total effective rate was up to 95.7%.Conclusion：The treatment of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine for the recovery of stroke hemiplegia has obvious therapeutic advantage.
