温针配合中药离子导入治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究

Clincal Study on Warm Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Iontophoresis Treatment of Type Cervical Spondylosis of Nerve Root

目的:观察温针配合中药离子导入治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将110例椎神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组55例和对照组55例。治疗组采用温针配合中药离子导入治疗,对照组采用药物配合牵引治疗,两组在治疗3个疗程后由专人进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组临床治愈率为49%,总有效率为94.5%;对照组临床治愈率为23.6%,总有效率为83.6%,治疗组总有效率及临床治愈率均优于对照组;两组痊愈患者中疗程与疗效比较显示,治疗组1个疗程和2个疗程内痊愈率均高于对照组,说明温针配合中药离子导入能明显的缩短治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗程。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针配合中药离子导入治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the effect of warm needling with Chinese medicine iontophoresis on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.Methods：110 cases of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,55 cases in each group.The treatment group was given warm needling with Chinese medicine iontophoresis and the control group was treated with medication and traction.Three courses after treatment,there were specific staff for curative effect evaluation.Results：The treatment group clinical cure rate was 49% and the total effective rate was 94.5%,the control group clinical cure rate was 23.6% and the total effective rate was 83.6%,the treatment group was superior to thecontrol group.Cured patients treatment comparison showed that the cure rates of treatment group in one or two courses were both higher than that of control group,indicating that the warm acupuncture with Chinese medicine inotophoresis can significantly shorten the treatment course of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.The treatment group had significant difference compared with control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The warm acupuncture with Chinese medicine inotophoresis on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type has distinct curative effect,and is worthy of clinical application.
