中西医结合治疗颈椎病临床疗效分析

Study of Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Patients with Cervical Spondylosis

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将我院150例颈椎病患者随机分成两组,中西医结合治疗组90例,给予针灸、牵引以及中西药等综合治疗;对照组60例,给予单纯的西医治疗,分析两组颈椎病患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果:中西医结合治疗组90例,83例治疗有效,总有效率为92.2%,对照组60例,35例治疗有效,总有效率为58.3%,中西医结合治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。中西医综合治疗组各型颈椎病进行疗效对比,差异不具有统计学意义,P>0.05。两组患者在治疗的过程中均无明显的不良反应。治疗后1年随访,对照组的复发率明显高于中西医结合治疗组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:采用针灸、牵引以及中西药物等综合治疗颈椎病的临床疗效较好,复发率较低,安全可靠。

Objective：To study the treatment of cervical spondylosis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods：150 patients with cervical spondylopathy in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group had 90 examples,was given acupuncture,traction,block and traditional synthetic therapy;the control group had 60 cases,which were given the pure western medicine treatment,analyzing two groups clinical curative effect.Results：Among 93 cases of Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group,83 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 92.2%,in the control group,35 patients were effective,the total effective rate was 58.3%,combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group had significantly higher the total effective rate than the control group,there was a statistically significant difference,P0.05.Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for each type of cervical spondylosis efficacy was compared,differences were not significant,P0.05.Two groups of patients in the process of treatment had no significantly adverse reactions.1 year follow-up after treatment,and the control group had higher recurrence rate than combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group,there was a statistically significant difference,P0.05.Conclusion：The acupuncture,traction,and other comprehensive treatments has good the clinical curative effect of cervical spondylosis,and the recurrence rate is low,it is safe and reliable.
