摘要
在卫生部"3521工程"框架下,上海市结合本地的特点,启动了"上海健康信息网"项目。本文简述了项目建设的总体目标、建设原则、总体框架、主要内容以及取得的成果,并对推进区域卫生信息化过程需要把握的重点和存在的问题提出了一些观点和建议。
Within the framework of the ＂3521 Program＂ of the Ministry of Health of China, the ＂Shanghai Health Information Network＂ project has been initiated based on the local conditions of Shanghai. This article discribes the overall objectives, construction principles, general framework, key content, and achievements of this project, and proposes some comments on the priodeties and problems that need to be addressed during regional health informationization.
