摘要
区域卫生信息化建设是一个世界性难题,是深化我国医药卫生体制改革、建设服务型政府、促进医药卫生事业健康发展的重要手段和技术支撑。而科学、有效的项目管理是区域卫生信息化建设成功的关键因素。本文分析了区域卫生信息化项目管理中存在的一些问题,并结合上海市闸北区卫生信息化建设的实际情况,针对性地提出对策与建议。
Regional health informationzation provides effective and efficient technical support for health care system reform, government performance upgrade, and health care development. However, many problems still exist in the the project management of regional health informationzation. Based on the experiences of Zhabei District, Shanghai, this articles summarizes these problems and proposes the corresponding countermeasures.
