摘要
为发现不同人群期望寿命的增长规律,确定优先干预及重点干预对象,本文通过文献综述的方式,回顾并比较了过去50年间世界和中国人均期望寿命的变化趋势,总结了不同地区、性别、年龄别人群期望寿命的变化特点,探讨了十类主要死因对人均期望寿命损失的影响程度及对不同人群期望寿命影响的差异,分析了造成变化及差异的主要原因。
With an attempt to summarize the changes of life expectancy in the World and in China and identify the vulnerable populations and intervention priorities, the author reviews the changes of age- and gender-specific life expectancies in different regions in the past decades. Meanwhile, this article explored the impacts of 10 main death causes on the average loss of life expectancy in different populations.
