网格尺寸对IGBT水冷散热器仿真结果的影响 被引量:16

摘要 对比分析了0.5 mm,1 mm和2 mm网格尺寸下IGBT水冷散热器CFD(计算流体力学)仿真结果,发现网格尺寸0.5 mm方案要比其余2种方案能更为准确地捕捉流场信息,其计算结果的准确性最高。研究了将细致网格CFD模型的对流换热系数分布映射到粗糙网格有限元模型的方法。利用该方法可以得到与用细致网格的CFD模型基本一致的温度结果,并可将之推广应用到风冷、油冷等散热器的仿真分析中。 It comparatively analyzed CFD simulation results of IGBT water-cooled radiator with 0.5mm,1mm and 2mm mesh size.Research results showed that the scheme of mesh size 0.5mm tended to be more accurate than the others on capturing the flow information and the computing results were the most accurate.A method of convection heat-transfer coefficient distribution mapping from fine mesh CFD model to coarse mesh finite element model were studied.The method is identical to fine mesh CFD model in the result of temperature and can be applied to air-cooling,oil-cooling radiator simulation analysis.
