摘要
随着中国经济的高速发展,中国的职业安全健康态势也日趋紧张,工伤事故及死亡人数、职业疾病情况以及过劳死现象已经成为日益严重的社会问题,并严重影响了劳动关系的健康运行。这背后既有劳动力成本导向的发展路径问题,也有劳动执法虚弱的问题,同时也存在着诸多制度困境和弊端。因此,唯有推动产业升级和技术改造以及发挥工会作用等手段才能有效治理中国的职业安全健康问题。
Along with the rapid economic development in China,the problems of occupational safety and health have been becoming more and more evident.It impacted on the healthy operation of labor relations seriously.The causes include the developing path of labor cost-oriented,the inadequate of implement of labor law and other dilemma of the system.Therefore,in order to resolve the problems of occupational safety and health,we should promote industrial upgrading and adjustment,give full play to trade union's role.
