摘要
和谐的企业劳动关系是和谐社会的基础,研究和谐劳动关系的演变对我国目前的社会现实具有显著的指导意义。促使企业劳动关系系统耗散结构形成的关键因素是企业劳动关系系统与周围环境之间不断进行着的物质、信息、能量等交换,以及要素之间的非线性作用。劳动关系系统熵值与其对系统产生价值之间的函数,使我们能更清楚地认识劳动关系系统演变的内在原因。劳动关系系统的熵变过程预示着系统演变发展的方向,也预示着劳动关系和谐度的变化方向。
Harmonious labor relations are the foundation of a harmonious society and it has great realistic significance to research on evolution of harmonious labor relations.According to dissipative structure,this paper analyzes the dissipative structure formation of enterprise labor relations system conditions and verifies that there is a certain negative relationship between the system entropy and harmonious labor relations,then built model of stability criteria about labor relations system and the entropy change and propose orderly harmony of system evolution strategy.It offers new idea for the current academic research in the field of labor relations and for social reform in China practice.
