摘要
从工会的视角来看,工伤保险条例在实施过程中即有有利因素,也存在诸多问题,工会应抓住修改后《工伤保险条例》颁布实施的有利契机,维护职工在社会保障权益方面的话语权、参与权、监督权和赔偿权。
In view of trade union work,the Regulation on Work-related Injury Insurances has not only advantages,but also some problems.Trade unions should seize the opportunity of implementing the revised Regulation on Work-related Injury Insurances,protect labor rights to social security,participation,supervision and compensation.
