目前我国企业的跨国经营在供需、商品价格、汇率、信用等诸多方面都面临市场风险,形成这些风险的原因主要是海外市场的激烈竞争、我国企业的后发劣势、公司治理结构不完善、跨国经营能力普遍不高、企业现代化管理落后以及政府和行业协会的作用发挥不佳。如能正确识别以上风险并了解形成风险的原因,将有利于我国企业在跨国经营中对各种市场风险加以有效管理。
