摘要
师生互评机制在教学活动中具有十分重要的作用,有利于老师与学生双方的发展与成长。然而,作为博弈局中人,在演进的过程中,师生在这种机制下会通过互惠实现或提高自己收益,从而影响评价的设计预期。引进奖惩机制,改变原有互惠博弈的结构,促使博弈参与人的收益发生某种变化,进而使参与人的基于策略选择的活动遵循管理者制订的评价机制,最终可以实现互评机制的设计预期。
Interestimation mechanism between teachers and students plays great important role during teaching activities and will benefit both teachers and students.However,in the process of strategy evolutionary,teachers and students will realize their interest reciprocally but damage original intention of the system.By introducing reward and punishment mechanism,quondam structure of reciprocal game was changed,original intention of interestimation mechanism will come true naturally.
