摘要
提出一种改进非劣排序微分进化算法用于求解考虑系统安全约束的环境经济发电调度问题,对相互冲突的发电费用函数和污染气体排放量函数同时进行优化。该算法采用非劣排序和拥挤距离排序对种群进行选择操作,并引入控制参数自适应调整策略来改善算法性能。在IEEE 30节点系统上进行验证,结果表明所提算法的寻优性能优于非劣排序遗传算法。
An improved non-dominated sorting differential evolution algorithm is proposed to solve security constrained environment/economic dispatch problem. The conflicting fuel cost and pollutants emissions objective functions of the generation unit are optimized simultaneously. The selection operation is carried out by using the non-dominated sorting mechanism and the crowding distance measure. A self-adaptive mechanism on the control parameters is developed to improve the performance of the algorithm. The proposed algorithm is tested on the IEEE 30-bus system and is compared with non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA-II). The results obtained demonstrate the superiority of the proposed algorithm.
