车门限位器用改性PA66的制备与性能

摘要 采用双螺杆挤出机熔融共混和注射成型方法制备了PA66/玻璃纤维/PTFE/石墨复合材料。研究了减摩剂添加量对复合材料的力学性能和摩擦磨损性能的影响。通过持久性台架试验表明,100000次开关门循环试验后力矩降低≤50%,满足限位器的要求。 PA66/glass fiber/PTFE/graphite composite was prepared via twin-screw extrusion and injection molding. The effect of the PTFE and graphite concentration on the mechanical and tribological properties of the PA66 composites was investigated. The result of durability test showed that the difference of the operation torque before and after 100000 cycle test is lower than 50 percent, and the composite can be used to prepare door check assembly for passenger cars
