银中杨组培工厂化育苗繁殖系数和成本核算的分析结果表明:银中杨组培工厂化育苗的生产繁殖系数为7.2×107,符合组培快繁的要求;生产每株银中杨组培苗的成本为0.231元,说明银中杨组培进入商业化生产完全可行。

Abstract The analysis of propagation coefficient and cost accounting of tissue culture of Populus alba×berolinensis showed that ：the propagation coefficient of tissue culture was 7.2 × 10^7,which would meet the requirements for rapid propagation of tissue culture,and the cost of tissue culture was 0.231yuan per seedling,indicating that tissue culture of Populus alba×berolinensis entirely feasible for commercial production.
